Wishes for life.

here i've put wishes about happiness, success, and anything else that has to do with life. Not giving or taking a life, but about your personal life. These ones, I really like.

I would wish for everyone to have total happiness from life to death. To never feel immense amounts of pain or hurt, but to be able to experience every moment of life and embrace it. I would wish for us all to just love life. I would wish for no country to go to war, no man to abuse his wife, no young girl to break a young boy's heart. I would wish for people to be late to school or work and still smile because there are a hundred other things that are going great. It's sad that the same event can happen to two different people, but one person is skeptical of it or hates it, but the other person appreciates it. I want everyone to be like the second person. I have had a lot of "bad" stuff happen to me, but I am realizing that there is only one life to live, and I want to live it happy. There is just so much out there. It sounds naiive and almost ditzy in a way, but why can't everyone be happy? If anyone knows me or my story, they know that I could find a million reasons not to be happy. But I am, and I love life, and so should anyone that reads this.

I wish everyone had the chance to do what they really love. There are too many people in the world, in every country, in any given city, and in every family that are miserable because they are living a life that isn’t meant for them. No child lies in bed at night dreaming of working a cash register in 20 years. No college student pulls all-nighters in the library hoping that their hard work will land them a job as a pencil pushing slave. So tell me, why do those same lofty dreamers someday find themselves in a midlife nightmare? Was it the money? The fear of shooting too high and missing the mark with nothing to fall back upon? The question is rhetorical; the answer is irrelevant; the results are the same. Is it worth it? Why take a job for the sake of having a job if it’s something you hate doing? Why marry for the sake of security if you’re not in love? Life is too short for wasted time. The world has been around for billions of years, humans have been here for thousands. 100 years ago you weren’t here, 100 years from now you won’t be here again. So I ask again, is it worth it? Your achievements aren’t going to matter to you after your dead, and chances are they’ll be forgotten entirely. And even if you’re still relevant post-mortem, it won’t matter to you. Live for the moment, live for yourself… live for your life. Hate your job? Fuck your job. Fuck whatever made you get that job. When you’re sitting in your cubicle I know you’re mind is somewhere else, someplace that makes you happy. We all know something that will make us happy; something that we would love to do. It might be something in reach or it might be far, far away, but whatever it is—it’s worth it. So I guess this wish comes with a few wishes within it. I wish people could see that life is too short to worry about the nothings…I wish there were no more miserable people…I wish everyone agreed with this…I wish people would quit wasting time and just do what they love.
